Raymond David Helgren, Jr. was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, January 10 at 10:20am for detention authorization.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Bruce Wayne Younce, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, December 10 at 1:07pm for detention authorization.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
