Brent Cagle, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 15 at 3:43pm for criminal littering, driving while suspended, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Levi William Rodebush, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 15 at 9:01pm on an out of county warrant and three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $4000 surety bond.
