Tracy Lee Joles, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, October 28 at 1:31pm for interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time without bond.

John Clay Simons, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, October 29 at 10:38pm for domestic battery. He was released on Monday, October 31 at 5:29pm on a $1000 surety bond.
Olivia Marie McCullough, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, October 31 at 12:02pm on a court order. She was released on Tuesday, November 1 at 1:52pm for time served.
