Richard Franks III, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 19 at 1:11pm for theft of property or services and a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $4000 surety bond.

Erickson Samuel-Barrios, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 19 at 6:34pm for a warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
