Cody Lee Blair, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 29 at 11:07am on an out of county warrant and two failures to appear warrants. He is still being held at this time on a $3000 surety bond.
Michael Allen Sheriff, age 23 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 30 at 12:23pm for robbery and attempted murder. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
Joshua Tyler Wilson, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 30 at 5:30pm on an out of state warrant. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 30 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, September 2 at 6:12pm for time served.
Garren Fredrick Lorenz, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 30 at 11:29pm for possession of depressants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.
Chelsey N. Pickett, age 37 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, September 30 at 10:38pm on two Fort Scott Municipal Warrants. She is still being held at this time on a $600 cash bond.
Ryan Allen Wells, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 1 at 3:07pm for fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, felony of stolen property and reckless driving. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Terrance DeWyane Lee, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 1 at 8:00am on a sanction. He was released on Monday, October 3 at 8:00pm for time served.
Joseph Dean Wunderly, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 1 at 10:03am for driving while suspended and vehicle liability insurance required. He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
Brett Lee Beerbower, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, October 1 at 12:44pm for driving without lights when needed, two counts of failure to yield at stop or yield sign, fleeing or attempting to elude, felony interference with law enforcement officer, reckless driving and two counts of stop lamps and turn signals. He was released the same day at 2:59pm on a $2500 surety bond.
Shawn Gregory Maxwell, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 1 at 8:45pm on a Fort Scott Municipal Warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $184.50 cash bond.
Dakota Lee Towne, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, October 2 at 3:52am for criminal trespassing. He is still being held at this time without bond.
