John Henry Shatto, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 23 at 2:05am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he was released the same day at 4:32pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Uriel Osbaldo Davila, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 23 at 3:45pm for criminal use of a weapon; firearm by substance user, cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, distribution of certain stimulants, two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude to avoid tire device, two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude with five or more moving violations, five counts of fleeing or attempting to elude; reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude; wrong lane, interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.

Jonah Isaiah Eisenbrandt, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 23 at 6:00pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, September 25 at 6:03pm for time served.
