Andrew Taylor Brown, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 7 at 1:41pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Roger Eugene Firebaugh, age 52 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 7 at 3:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Shane Andrew Aerts, Jr. age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 7 at 3:15pm on a warrant from the Kansas Department of Corrections.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Bruce Wayne Younce, age 51 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 7 at 4:36pm for two counts of distribution of certain illegal drugs, suspended driver’s licenses, driving while a habitual violator and two counts of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Sean LeMonte Franklin, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 7 at 4:34pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Eric W. Greer, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 7 at 8:00pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
