KC Dale Phillips, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 2 at 1:10pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1220 surety bond.

Joseph Emery Martin, age 43 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 2 at 2:45pm on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $11,500 surety bond.

Octavio Vasquez Zilerio, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 2 at 7:44pm for theft by deception.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
