Devon Cameron Allen, age 30 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, June 29 at 1:47am for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

Devin Brier Leon Vail, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 29 at 1:56pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Melissa Ann Cox, age 41 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, June 29 at 3:07pm for detention authorization.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Kenneth Springston, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, June 29 at 4:37pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He was released the same day at 7:16pm on a $2000 surety bond.

Shawn Gregory Maxwell, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, June 30 at 12:45am for driving while suspended and violation of offender registration act.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
