Chad Austin Littleton, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 25 at 1:20am for driving while a habitual violator and driving while suspended.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Drew M. Toste, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 25 at 12:48am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Darrin C. Wood, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, May 25 at 6:18pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Derek G. Hall, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, May 25 at 11:44pm for disorderly conduct.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
