Briana Dawn Byrd, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 30 at 7:03am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and an out of county warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $5500 surety bond.

Durand Cole Denyer, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, December 30 at 7:02am for battery of a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, felony interference with at law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. he is still being held at this time on a $27,500 surety bond.

Jason Verlin Harrell, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, December 30 at 1:50pm on a violation of protection order. He was released the same day at 3:32pm on a $1250 surety bond.

Dakota Lee Towne, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s on Friday, December 31 at 5:50pm for assault, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing and an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $2750 surety bond.

Adam M. Church, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 1 at 4:23am for domestic battery. He was released the same day at 6:01pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Lisa K. Church, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 1 at 4:38am for domestic battery. She was released the same day at 5:47pm on a $2500 surety bond.
