Stanley R. Watkins, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, November 22 at 11:49am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Spencer Thomas Lee, age 29 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, November 22 at 1:09pm for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.
