Randall Lee Lewis, III, age 58 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, November 19 at 1:08pm on a failure to appear warrant.  he was released the same day at 8:12pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Katrina Janea Rupprecht, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, November 19 at 8:30pm on a sanction.  She was released on Sunday, November 21 at 8:30pm for time served.
