Davin W. Sharp, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 17 at 4:01am for possession of certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, felony theft of property or services and use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances.  He is still being held at this time on a $50,000 surety bond.

Tomi Jo Hayden, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 17 at 3:30pm for domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
