Ray Clinton Lee Nunley, age 42 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, October 4 at 3:02pm on a probation violation warrant.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

James Robert Thomas Burris, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, October 4 at 3:26pm for driving while a habitual violator, possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent,  two counts possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, and vehicle liability insurance required.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Gary L. Scholes, age 68 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, October 4 at 8:44pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He I still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
