Andrew T. Brown, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, September 24 at 6:30pm on a sanction. He was released on Sunday, September 26 at 6:00pm for time served.
Blake Lundberg, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 25 at 3:30am for criminal use of a weapon; possession of a firearm by a controlled substance user, driving while suspended, felony possession of stolen property and an out of county warrant. He is still being held at this time on a $10,324 surety bond.
Allison D. Atkins, age 331 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 25 at 3:30am for criminal carrying of a weapon; concealed firearm, theft of property and an out of county warrant. She is still being held at this time on a $1349 surety bond.
Devin Brier Leon Vail, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 25 at 2:56pm for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, six counts of endangering a child and attempted murder in the second degree, criminal discharge of a firearm and disorderly conduct. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
Estell Lyn Owen, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 25 at 3:37pm for felony interference with a law enforcement officer and possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants. She is still being held at this time without bond.
William Curtis Allen, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 25 at 7:41pm for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, six county of endangering a child, attempted murder in the 2nd degree, criminal discharge of a firearm, felony criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. He is still being held at this time on a $100,000 surety bond.
Kelly Michael Gould, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, September 26 at 2:41pm for two counts of criminal restraint and two counts of domestic battery. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Trevor Dean Hull, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, September 27 at 1:16am for domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer. He is still being held at this time without bond.
