Devin Todd Bresee, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 31 at 4:51pm on a probation violation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Justin Eugene James, age 40 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 31 at 5:00pm on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Robert Lee Sprague, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 31 at 9:13pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 10:36pm on a $2500 surety bond.
