Ida Eldene Pinkerton

Ida Eldene Pinkerton, age 87, Fulton, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.  She was born in Fulton, Kansas on January 27, 1934 the daughter of Charles Earl and Eleanor Marie Smith Pinkerton.  She graduated from Prescott High School.  Eldene worked as a claims clerk for Western Insurance.  She was a member of the Prescott United Methodist Church.  She was continuously involved in helping others.  

She lived with and cared for her parents and hardly ever missed activities her nieces and nephews were involved in.  Eldene was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by two brothers, Robert and Danny Pinkerton, a sister, Earlene Snyder, eight nieces and nephews, Bryan Pinkerton, Robert Pinkerton, Bret Pinkerton, Danny Earl Pinkerton, Anitra Blanco, Tom Snyder, Kenny Snyder and Linda Minor, several great nieces and nephews.  

Funeral service will be 10 am Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Schneider Funeral Home and Crematory, Mound City Chapel.  Burial in the Curry Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 9 am to service time at the Mound City Chapel.  Contributions are suggested to the Prescott United Methodist Church, c/o Schneider Funeral Home, P.O.
