Shera Marie Burton, age 33 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, August 24 at 12:28am for domestic battery.  She was released the same day at 3:00pm on a $50 surety bond.

Derek L. Shadden, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 24 at 5:59pm on a probation violation warrant.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Gabriel Graham, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, August 24 at 11:31pm for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and vehicle liability insurance required.  He is still being held at this time on a $1250 surety bond.
