Corey Landl, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 20 at 10:42am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Beth Marie Delacruz, age 41 was arrested on Tuesday, July 20 at 3:00pm on an out of county warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Darwin Eugene Enloe, age 54 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 20 at 12:30pm on a Bourbon County Warrant and a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Martin Joseph Pearson, Jr. age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, July 20 at 10:20pm for domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
