Lowell Hilton Carson, age 69 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 12 at 1:09am for criminal damage to property.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Eric Cordell Carter, age 21 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 12 at 3:04pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Albert Lynn Arvizu, Jr. age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 12 at 6:00pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
