Ricardo Epifanio Rico, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 29 at 12:29pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Ashley D. Fontaine, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, June 29 at 1:01pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 2:46pm on a $500 surety bond.

Susan M. Darling, age 56 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, June 29 at 3:38pm for intimidation of a witness/victim to prevent testimony.  She was released the same day at 6:57pm on a $500 surety bond.

Michael Travis Woods, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, June 29 at 7:51pm for criminal damage to property.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
