Kristen R. Staton, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 22 at 1:25am for driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia to cultivate, use or possession of paraphernalia with intent to cultivate controlled substances and a failure to appear warrant.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

James E. Sorden, age 46 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 22 at 1:25am for possession of certain stimulants and possession of paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Hayley Diane Clark, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 22 at 9:00am on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Kristapher T. Kern, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, February 22 at 9:51am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Curtis R. Owenby, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, February 22 at 11:02am for battery of court official, distribution of methamphetamine, interference with a law enforcement officer,  felony interference with a law enforcement officer and two bond revocation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
