Justin A. Cleland, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 25 at 9:25am for driving while suspended, electronic solicitation with a child, and indecent solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child.  He is still being held at this time without bond. 

Shelby Denise Brown, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 25 at 2:32am for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and possession of certain stimulants.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Ray Clinton Nunley, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 25 at 8:26am on a sanction.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
