Joy Elaine Higgins, age 59 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 15 at 1:15pm on a failure to appear warrant.  She was released the same day at 4:36pm on a $500 surety bond.

Corey Anthony Landl, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, January 16 at 12:07pm for domestic battery.  He was released on Sunday, January 17 a5 4:32pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Terrance D. Lee, age 36 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 17 at 3:05pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 cash bond.

Leonard Lee Fornoff, age 48 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, January 17 at 7:33pm for possession of paraphernalia to cultivate possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and a failure to appear warrant.  He was released on Monday, January 18 at 5:36pm on a $2250 surety bond.

Blake Douglas Holt, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 18 at 12:32pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 7:23pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Jered Garland Goza, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, January 18 at 8:31pm on an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
