Richard Darryl Ray Nunley, age 45 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, January 8 at 10:08am for possession of controlled substances, use of communications device in a drug sale and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Todd Michael Johnson, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, January 8 at 11:59am on a failure to appear warrant.  he is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Preston Jefferson Burk, age 19 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 9 at 4:53pm on two failure to appear warrants.  He was released the same day at 4:53pm on a $2000 surety bond.

William Gerod Wiggans, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, January 9 at 5:45pm for distribution of certain hallucinogenic drugs and distribution of certain illegal drugs.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Durand Cole Denyer, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 10 at 3:23am for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.  he is still being held at this time without bond.

Jared John Witter, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 10 at 10:10am for failure to report an accident, interference with a law enforcement officer, leaving a scene of an accident and no liability insurance.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Cody Matthew Tindill, age 22 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, January 10 at 1:52pm for use of communication device to facilitate a drug sale.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
