Melvin OConner, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, November 19 at 11:31am on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 1:41pm on a $1000 surety bond.

Brandon Lee Hall, age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, November 19 at 2:52pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He was released the same day at 6:30pm on a $2500 surety bond.

Chelsea Nichole Hackett, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, November 19 at 2:20pm on an out-of-state warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Jacob W. Collins, age 32 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Thursday, November 19 at 6:17pm on three failure to appear warrants.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Sierra Lynn Graham, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, November 20 at 1:56am for a fictitious driver’s license.  She is still being held at this time without bond.
