Nicole Fleharty, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, November 11 at 11:30am on a sanction.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Tristen Brock Hopkins, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Thursday, November 12 at 1:39am for domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
