Toni Elaine Bittner, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, October 2 at 8:23pm for two counts of aggravating endangering a child and operating a motor vehicle without a license.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Melany June Felt, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, October 3 at 7:15pm for possession of certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle unlawful acts.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Phillip Dean Tracy, age 56 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, October 4 at 2:30pm for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of meth.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
