Dustin Joseph Belcher, age 38 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 29 at 6:45am for interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of controlled substance, two counts of possession of paraphernalia and trafficking contraband into a correctional facility.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
