Michael A. Barnard, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, September 26 at 12:05pm for battery. He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.
Travis A. Wynn, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 26 at 1:32am on a failure to appear warrant. He was released the same day at 10:20am on a $500 surety bond.
Tyler J. Schmitz, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, September 26 at 3:39am on an out of state warrant. He was released the same day at 12:36pm on a $1000 surety bond.
David Wayne Craft, age 60 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 26 at 10:55pm for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Christa C Morrison, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, September 26 at 10:55pm for possession of certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.
Christopher Joseph Bulino, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Sunday, September 27 at 2:07pm for criminal damage to property. He is still being held at this time without bond.
Edwin Joseph Braciszewski, III age 43 was arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol on Sunday, September 27 at 8:13pm for driving while suspended. He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
