Xavier L. Bradley, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 23 at 12:44am for interference with a law enforcement officer.  He was released the same day at 3:50pm on a $1250 surety bond.

Jesse Darrell Roberts, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 23 at 3:43pm for two accounts of aggravated assault, two counts of aggravated battery, criminal damage to property, criminal discharge of a firearm and interference with a law enforcement officer.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Christina Dawn Roberts, age 37 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 23 at 3:43pm for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal discharge of a firearm and interference with a law enforcement officer.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Nathan Spencer Bagnall, age 44 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, September 23 at 4:56pm for domestic criminal threat and domestic battery.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
