Joseph Harrington Thompson, age 19 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, August 19 at 1:30am for possession of controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released the same day at 9:22pm on a $2000 surety bond.

Joel Anthony Duncan, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 19 at 7:58pm for driving while suspended.  He was released the same day at 9:08pm on a $1250 surety bond.
