Jimmy Lee Cook, age 24 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, July 27 at 12:38am on an out of county warrant.  He was released the same day at 8:37am on a $2500 surety bond.

Max Jasper Fanning, age 68 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 27 at 6:29pm for interference with a law enforcement officer and violation of protection order.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
