James David Bartlett, age 37 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Monday, July 20 at 10:37pm for arson and two counts of criminal damage to property.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Eli Edward Gibson, age 39 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, July 21 at 1:42am for trafficking contraband in a correctional/care facility and an out of state warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
