Elizabeth Lillian Stinnett, age 46 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Friday, July 3 at 8:36am on a Kansas insurance violation, possession of certain depressants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

James Ray Stinnett, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 5 at 11:27pm for aggravating endangering a child, cultivation/distribution with intent of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, or of communications in a drug sale and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Angela Marie Trudell, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 5 at 11:27pm for possession of certain substances, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and possession of certain stimulants.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

John Randy Parker, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, July 5 at6 11:27pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
