Ruben Eugene Grant, age 63 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, April 4 at 11:34pm for aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and trafficking contraband in correctional/care facility.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Spencer Lee, age 27 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, April 4 at 7:38pm for domestic criminal damage to property.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
