Cassie Renee Haynes, age 39 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, March 11 at 12:03am for battery, domestic criminal damage to property and domestic theft by deception.  She is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Justin Eugene James, age 38 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, March 11 at 4:51pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Chadd Edward Logan, age 47 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff Office on Wednesday, March 11 at 3:51pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Zachary Scott Cassett, age 22 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, March 11 at 8:35pm on an out of county warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.
