Nicholas Charles Patton, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 2 at 11:50pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was released on Tuesday, March 3 at 1:20am on a $1000 surety bond.

Demitrious Cortez Lee Johnson-Goodman, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 3 at 10:51am on a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Caleb Anthony Merriman, age 25 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 3 at 11:56am on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Roger Wayne Bates, age 44 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, March 3 at 3:06pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
