Nicholas Charles Patton, age 18 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, March 2 at 11:50pm for possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  he was released on Tuesday, March 3 at 1:20am on a $1000 surety bond.
