Jenny Rebecca Hawthorne, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, December 2 at 11:53am on a probation violation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

James Shun Chi Chei, age 41 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Monday, December 2 at 4:13pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.
