Michael Shane Gates, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, November 26 at 9:37am on a violation of a protection order from abuse.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Caleb Anthony Merriman, age 25 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, November 26 at 11:23am on an out of county warrant.  He was released the same day at 2:51pm on a $3000 surety bond.

Jessie Cole Evans, age 36 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, November 26 at 11:54am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

William Avery Kukovich, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, November 26 at 3:10pm on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.

James E. Jefferis, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, November, 26 at 9:25pm for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.  He is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
