James Richard Norman, 66, formerly of Fort Scott, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019, at his home in Winfield, Kansas.  

Following cremation, funeral services for James Norman will be at 11:30 a.m., Friday, November 15, 2019, at the Konantz-Cheney Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Fort Scott National Cemetery with Military Honors presented by Representatives of the United States Marine Corps Funeral Detail.
