Terrance DeJuan Ragsdale, age 35 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 16 at 10:17am for use of communications in a drug sale, an out of county warrant and a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $7500 surety bond.

Nictoria Michelle Hill, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 16 at 10:48am on a probation violation warrant.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

William Joseph Billings, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 16 at 11:07am for possession of certain substances and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  He was released the same day at 2:25pm on a $5000 surety bond.

Cameron M. Bishop, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 16 at 1:18pm on two probation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Joseph Anderson Berkey, Jr. age 31 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, October 17 at 2:54am for driving while suspended and license restrictions.  He was released the same day at 6:02am on a $1000 surety bond.
