Chandler Dustin Olan Beal, age 21 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, October 8 at 12:08am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $5000 surety bond.

Marvin Bruce Swank, age 48 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, October 8 at 3:48pm for aggravated battery and aggravated endangering a child.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Motley Angelena Wilson, age 31 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, October 8 at 11:40pm on two out of state warrants.  She is still being held at this time without bond.

Charles Keith Swink, age 43 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, October 8 at 11:40pm on three out of state warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cassandra R. Buffington, age 33 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, October 9 at 2:43am for driving while suspended.  She was released the same day at 4:15am on a $500 surety bond.
