Justin Michael Kastl, age 50 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 17 at 8:40am for forgery; making or altering a written instrument and theft of property or services.  He was released the same day at 10:04am on a $5000 surety bond.

Robert Franklin Long, IV, age 28 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, September 17 at 10:12am on a bond revocation warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Garent Gabriel Hoover, age 20 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 17 at 4:42pm for assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Charles Rivers Beck, age 40 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 17 at 9:38pm for no valid drivers license for non-cdl commercial vehicle and a failure to appear warrant.  He was released on Wednesday, September 18 at 12:02am on a $2000 surety bond.
