Nichole Catlin Bodelson, age 28 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Tuesday, September 10 at 11:23pm for driving while suspended.  She was released on Wednesday, September 11 at 12:50pm on a $1250 surety bond.

KC Dale Phillips, age 26 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 11 at 10:00am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Megan Sue Bolin, age 27 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, September 11 at 4:35pm on a Bourbon County Warrant.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cassandra Jo Seeman, age 30 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, September 12 at 1:10am for possession of certain hallucinogenic and possession of paraphernalia to cultivate.  She is still being held at this time on a $1000 surety bond.
