Tracy James Martinez, age 45 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 28 at 9:56am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $10,000 surety bond.

Samantha Shea Poyner, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 28 at 3:32pm for possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was released the same day at 5:38pm on a $1000 surety bond.

William Allen Cummings, age 50 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, August 28 at 3:03pm for operating a car without an ignition interlock device.  He is still being held at this time on a $500 surety bond.

Amanda Dawn Benton, age 32 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, August 28 at 9:58pm for falsely reporting a crime, interference with a law enforcement officer, no liability insurance and no valid driver’s license.  She was released on Thursday, August 29 at 12:00am on a $3000 surety bond.
