Cody Matthew Tindill, age 20 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 31 at 7:00am on a sentence.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Johnny Lee Spears, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, July 31 at 7:12am on a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $1500 surety bond.

Joshua Raymond Holladay, age 35 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Wednesday, July 31 at 11:19am for interference with a law enforcement officer, possession of opiates/opium/narcotic drugs and certain stimulants, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to appear warrant.  He is still being held at this time on a $20,500 surety bond.

Shawn Tyree Grant, age 55 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, July 1 at 8:00am on a sentence.  He is still being held at this time without bond.
