Angela Marie Timi, age 34 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 19 at 7:53pm on a sentence.  She was released on Sunday, July 21 at 7:53pm for time served.

James Salters, age 32 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 19 at 10:18pm on a sentence. He was released on Sunday, July 21 at 9:53pm for time served.

David Gene Marez, age 49 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Friday, July 19 at 10:33pm on two probation violation warrants.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Allan Charles Cress, age 52 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, July 20 at 1:26pm for distribution of certain hallucinogens.  He is still being held at this time without bond.

Cheyanne Renee Handly, age 23 was arrested by the Bourbon County Sheriff’s Office on Saturday, July 20 at 8:43pm for domestic criminal restraint and domestic battery.  She is still being held at this time on a $2500 surety bond.

Prestonn Jefferson Burk, age 18 was arrested by the Fort Scott Police Department on Saturday, July 20 at 8:49pm for criminal restraint and domestic battery.  He was released on Sunday, July 21 at 5:59pm on a $2500 surety bond.
